The Secret of Happiness

Nowadays, people seek the happiness in many ways.  They try to find the secrets of happiness from bestselling books, seminars, meditation, etc.  There’s a lot of searching going on these days for the elusive emotion of “being happy” –where do you find it, how do you create it, even what it actually is.

secret of happinessIn fact, happiness is not just for a lucky few who were born with it.  Happiness is not something you can reach out and touch or put in the refrigerator and take a sip when you need it.  Happiness is not found on a beach in Bermuda or in a perfect body.  It’s not even in that perfect relationship that Brad Pitt tries to sell us in the movies.

Yet from the images bombarding you every day, it’s easy to make the mistake that happiness will arrive on your doorstep when you have the latest car, the branded clothes, a fancy home, isn’t it?  It’s easy to get caught in the trap of thinking that if you could just find the right person and get married, you would be happy.  All these fake images show you that happiness is something to be found outside of yourself.

And that’s where you get off track.  Because the secret is that happiness is simply understanding the purpose of your life, and live your life according to its purpose. The happiness is inside you. Everybody is deserved to be happy. That explained why there are poor men who are happy while there are rich men who are unhappy with their lives.

You see, happiness starts by having a personal relationship with God and believing that God has control over your life; however you have a free will of what you do and you grow by making choices of your path of life you will undertake.

Decide today to stop chasing happiness and obey the Lord God’s commands with full respect and God will bless your lives. In fact, the blessed people are the happiest people on earth. Guaranteed.
