Is your life full of worries?

It is said :

Worry is interest paid on trouble before it falls due

It is so true, some people are worrying things thBible verses about worry and anxietyat may be happened yet. Worrying usually comes from negative mindset. People who tend to think negative side on everything, easily get worry on many things as well. In the worse case, it may become an anxiety problem. After all, worrying is not a healthy mind and God does not want us to worry about your life. You have no cause to worry, because God cares for you.

So, what does the Bible say more about worrying?
Here are Bible verses about worry and anxiety

25)”Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26) Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27) Who of you by worrying can add a single hour of his life?” 28)”And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow.
